These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Kronad.ng and the Kronad mobile apps. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The store

Kronad is a lifestyle eShop for beauty, home, health, and everyday essentials across Nigeria, including optional AI-assisted shopping tools. Product availability, pricing, and delivery estimates shown at checkout apply to that order.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.

3. Orders, shipping & returns

Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Risk of loss passes according to our shipping terms once the carrier has possession. Returns follow the returns policy published on the site (typically free within 7 days where eligible).

4. AI tools

AI features are informational aids and may be inaccurate. They do not replace professional advice. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing.

5. Prohibited use

You may not abuse the storefront, scrape without permission, interfere with security, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

Kronad branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Kronad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & law

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
