Customer Questions and Answers

Q: How do I use this product for sanitizing soft surfaces? 🤔

A: To sanitize soft surfaces, make sure to clean up any heavily soiled spots first. Then, from about 6 to 8 inches away, spray a small area (like a 2″ x 2″ spot) evenly until it’s damp. The fabric needs to stay wet for 5 minutes to kill the bacteria. It works against Enterobacter aerogenes and Staphylococcus aureus.

Q: How can I use this to get rid of odors on soft surfaces? 💨

A: First, clean any heavily soiled areas. Then, from about 6 to 8 inches away, spray the surface evenly until it’s damp. Keep it wet for 5 minutes. As it dries, those odors will disappear and the bacteria will be killed. It’s effective against E. aerogenes and S. aureus.

Q: What about preventing mold and mildew? 🧼

A: For heavily soiled areas, you’ll need to pre-clean them. Then, from about 6 to 8 inches away, spray the surface until it’s thoroughly wet. It needs to stay wet for 5 minutes. You can repeat this treatment every 14 days, or more often if you see new growth. It’s effective against A. niger and P. variabile.

Q: Can I use this to refresh fabrics? 🌬️

A: Absolutely! Just spray it on fabrics until they’re slightly damp to eliminate odors. For a super fresh home, you can spray fabrics, carpets, and even the air all around your place.
